St. Patrick’s Elderflower Gin

The blind tasting adjudication is unique, as a number of different judging panels are used, consisting of Gin Enthusiasts, club members and Industry professionals. St. Patrick’s Distillery Elderflower Gin already holds the 2015 Silver Medal from the Irish Food Awards, Blas na hÉireann, held in Dingle Co. Kerry.

Tasting; A delicately perfumed and flavoursome Gin, smooth and refreshing on the palate. The nose is reminiscent of summer gardens and the taste profile is sweet herbal with a long finish.

Can be enjoyed over ice, as a long drink with a quality tonic water, or in your favourite Gin cocktail.
