Origin Green is the only sustainability programme in the world that operates on a national scale, uniting government, the private sector and food producers through Bord Bia, the Irish Food Board.

St Patrick’s Distillery Ltd. plan to achieve a number of sustainability targets by 2024. We are committed to sourcing 80% of new packaging from suppliers that have sustainability certifications by the end of 2024. We also aim for product packaging to be 100% recyclable by 2024. St. Patrick’s Distillery Ltd. have set a community engagement target to increase its financial support of local charity organisations by 10% each year (2020-2024).

      Merci beaucoup à Cyril pour cette belle expérience 😁. Un accueil très chaleureux, il a pris le temps de nous expliquer, nous étions juste mon mari et moi, un peu privilégié cette dégustation à deux 😊. Seul mon mari aime le whisky, Cyril a prise le temps de me faire goûter une liqueur à base de miel, c'était excellent👍, ressemblant au Chouchen (hydromel) en Bretagne. Et le petit plus qui fait la différence, repartir avec une bouteille personnalisée à son nom 👌

      Had an absolutely wonderful tasting of their whiskies this afternoon. Cyril was a very hospitable and informative host, and I was impressed by every glass I tasted. It was a no-brainer to take a bottle home with us. We even had the opportunity for a new find in Poitin, which is a spirit I'd never heard of. Overall great experience!
