This is the first Single Malt Whiskey vatted by St. Patrick’s Distillery. Non chill filtered, 46% using first fill Bourbon and Oloroso Sherry casks. Each bottle is individually numbered by hand.
Nose; Fragrant, Manuka honey, mocha coffee and toasted oak.
Palate: Tingling spiciness, heather, dry. Good mouth and cheek coating, with a long lingering finish
This is a cask strength 53% traditional style non chill filtered Irish Whiskey selected from first fill bourbon barrels. Each bottle is individually numbered by hand.
Nose; Herbal thyme, savoury vanilla with a hint of charcoal and milk chocolate. Background has a slight note of banana, white pepper and tropical pineapple.
Palate; Dry and spicy, with hints of sweet herbal and coffee. Lovely with just a drop of added water. Fatter, much fruitier, sweeter with more body.
