Hand-crafted in small batches using traditional techniques.
Craft distilled in Ireland with grain and malted barley, using naturally soft water.
St. Patrick’s Irish Whiskey is matured for more than 7 years in first-fill bourbon barrels, using 7 year old grain blended with old malts up to 15 years old.

Nose: Fresh and clean with aromatic oils and spices.
Palate: Sweet and smooth, with fruit, floral and spice notes.
Finish: Lingering fruit with subtle spices.
