Our Elderflower Gin is a full strength 40% alc., and its base is Potato Spirit, distilled from Lady Claire and Rosetta potato varieties. This is a delicately perfumed and flavoured Gin, smooth and refreshing on the palate.
Tasting notes:
The nose is reminiscent of summer gardens, and the taste profile is sweet, herbal, with a long finish.
Serving suggestions:
Can be enjoyed neat over ice, as a long drink with a quality Tonic Water mixer, or in your favourite Gin cocktail.
